Continence Contact a Nurse

The Secure StartSM service gives you access to a wealth of information including clinical support and advice. If you have lost touch with your nurse and would like to reconnect with them, then we will work hard to put you back in touch. Alternatively, the dedicated Secure StartSM nurses are available to help you with clinical advice regarding anything continence related, and will support you with any questions you may have.

Our service is regulated by the Care Quality Commission, an independent regulator of health and social care. This means they make sure the care or advice you receive from us will be safe, effective, compassionate and of high quality.

Continence Advice

Please complete the following information with as much detail as possible, and one of our dedicated nurses will respond to you directly.

If you require urgent medical assistance, please contact your GP or your local hospital. As part of the Secure StartSM service, we aim to respond to all clinical questions directed to a nurse, within 72 hours.
