HOLLISTER INCORPORATED, is an Illinois corporation, with its principal offices at 2000 Hollister Drive, Libertyville, Illinois 60048 United States of America (including its Hollister and Dansac AS brand affiliates around the globe (with the exception of any entity selling direct to consumers) to be referred to as "Hollister").

Hollister is a member of the U.S., E.U. and Switzerland's Safe Harbor program for Privacy.

The United States (U.S.) Department of Commerce has developed separate, but similar, "Safe Harbor" Frameworks, which include data protection principles, with the European Commission and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner of Switzerland. These Safe Harbor Frameworks are designed to provide U.S. organizations with a means to satisfy the European Union (E.U.) and Switzerland's legal requirement that adequate data protections be afforded to personally identifiable information transferred from the E.U. or Switzerland to the United States.

This privacy policy is consistent with the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles, and our Sites have specifically certified that transfers of manual and electronic data from the E.U. or Switzerland to the United States, adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles.

Our sites receive private information about customers from sources outside of the United States including countries within the E.U. and Switzerland. We have self-certified, with third party independent verification that our privacy practices are consistent with the U.S.-E.U. and U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Privacy Principles: notice, choice, onward transfer, access and accuracy, security, and oversight/enforcement. Privacy complaints by Hollister's customers, employees and/or business partners in the European Union and Switzerland: In compliance with the U.S.-E.U. and U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Privacy Principles, Hollister commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information. European Union and Swiss citizens with inquiries or complaints regarding this privacy policy should first contact Hollister's Privacy Office at Privacy@Hollister.com.
